TRINITY TOWERS

Renovated Apartments in Atlanta, GA

Now accepting applications for our one-bedroom apartments at $1,071 a month – all utilities included (a $350 value). Taking waitlist applications for our income-based apartments for adults age 62 and up.

Trinity Towers is a historic senior apartment community, an iconic staple in Atlanta. National Church Residences took ownership of the community in 2024 and shortly after began a full community renovation that will honor the historic features of the building while updating layout and amenities to match the lifestyle of active older adults. Renovations are expected to be completed in late 2026.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING OUR PROGRAM

At Trinity Towers we offer two different affordable rental programs. We offer one-bedroom apartments for adults age 55+ for $1071/month with all utilities included. Our second rental program offers subsidized, income-based apartments for adults age 62+ where residents pay 30% of their adjusted income Our senior apartments are designed for active adults looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to call home.
